The Vado has an anti-theft lock integrated into the bike itself. You can prevent thieves from using it by deactivating the motor at the push of a button—no one can start it without your phone connected to the Specialized app or entering your personal PIN. The battery locks into the frame or can be easily removed. And if someone tries to move the bike, an alarm will sound. Beat it, thief.
The maximum speed at which the motor stops assisting may vary by region and depends on local regulations. This can also affect range: a higher speed limit may reduce it.
The Turbo Full Power 2.0 motor and 710 Wh battery provide an unmatched riding experience, with smooth, consistent, and remarkably quiet amplification of your effort, up to 45 km/h.
MasterMind and Specialized app: The MasterMind display shows all relevant ride data and allows real-time adjustment of assistance levels. Seamlessly integrates with the Specialized app for range optimization tools, advanced tuning, ride diagnostics, and more.
