Our TRAIL Cargo Shorts feature significant improvements, including a lighter design and materials, as well as the adaptation of our zeroPressure Waist technology from road cycling gear. This technology incorporates a highly elastic material and silicone grippers to keep the shorts securely in place without chafing. The new Water & Mud Shield Tec technology, exclusive to the TACTICA collection, repels road spray and mud while wicking away moisture. It also promotes quick drying, reducing the weight of accumulated moisture. Two types of pockets—one zippered and the other featuring a Triple Ramp Pocket system—provide security for your belongings, and the heat-sealed hems eliminate weight and friction between layers. Finally, reflective strips on the lower legs increase visibility both at the start and on the way back. Wear them over any TRAIL Liner bib shorts to benefit from pad-compatible protection, water repellency, and increased storage capacity. These are ultralight, ultra-breathable overshorts made with durable, abrasion-resistant fabrics, a zeroPressure Waist support design, and an all-new water and mud protection treatment. FEATURED FABRICS These overshorts feature our Type.OF11 fabric, a high-density knit that resists abrasion without sacrificing breathability. They also incorporate 4-way stretch, providing a full range of motion without the garment loosening or losing its vertical shape. The waist area, designed with zeroPressure Waist, has been improved by including an enhanced Tech Sheen Mesh technology for the front.
